The restaurant markets itself for business luncheons, and family dinner given its location at CWB. It also offers 25% discount when you use AE Platinum card. In addition, it offers special of the day at half price. So I decided to give it a try. Big mistake! The service was non-existing. The service was non-existing. We ordered soup of the day, and the waiter did not even bother to serve the soup. I had to scope bowls of soup from the pot for the table. This is as bad as it gets for a Chinese restaurant. It seemed that there were not enough attendants. So obviously they were not attentive at all. The quality of the food ranged from average to below average depending on preference and dishes. We ordered stir fried seafood rice with pineapple, and it was dry. If you stay away from the cuisines and just have regular dishes, they are about average. Otherwise, they are maybe below average. But, given the poor service, overall food quality, and price, there are so many other better choices around CWB.
When I asked for the check, I saw the couple at the next table didn’t even leave a penny (they paid cash). That’s how bad and unsatisfying the service was. I say stay away from it.
