Fung Shing snacks has been around more than I have been around.This could be the only joint that gives you the pork chop bone if you order their pork chop sandwich or burgers.I ordered the sandwich because Chinese burger buns are sweet.Being excited about the bone I forgot to ask if the bun was buttered or had any other sauces because Chinese style sandwiches are a bit different and the sauces they use are a bit sweet especially the salad cream.Anyway, I got the egg pork chop sandwich.As expecte

Anyway, I got the egg pork chop sandwich.
As expected, they cut the meaty part of the pork chop and put it in the sandwich and serve you the bone on top.The fried egg was actually quite nice because it wasn't oily or had that nasty smell from the metal grill or pan that they used and the pork chop was not tenderized which meant the texture of the pork was natrual.
Overall, it was quite nice but I would prefer ketchup and not the sauce they used.
