I'm a regular customer of Uncle Pizza😄 Last time I was here for Jimmy's omakase and it was outstanding! Starters included deep fried abalone with shrimp on top which was great! My first impression of abalone has a chewy texture, however, this is totally different since it is crispy on the outside but very tender on the inside, which means, though it was deep fried, it was very juicy as well 😋On the other hand starters also included a baked scallop on cheese. The scallop was topped with mushrooms
Starters included deep fried abalone with shrimp on top which was great! My first impression of abalone has a chewy texture, however, this is totally different since it is crispy on the outside but very tender on the inside, which means, though it was deep fried, it was very juicy as well 😋
On the other hand starters also included a baked scallop on cheese. The scallop was topped with mushrooms which made a simple dish multiple layers of textures 😍
Last but not least we had baked lobster with ginger and spring onions. This idea of Jimmy's made the whole dinner very multicultural in my opinion. The simple ingredients made the lobster meat stood out massively, and the ginger and spring onions increases the texture of the whole dish, which made a dish that might sound boring marvelous.
There are few restaurants in Hong Kong that pour hearts and souls into every dish, making sure customer satisfaction. Thank you Uncle Jimmy!
