i was totally allured by @elephantgrounds ‘a post of enchanted rose 🌹 so ofc i had to try this myself! howeverrr, the presentation of the ice cream sandwich we received was not as perfect. as you can see, the sides of the macaron were falling off☹️
nevertheless, it tasted sooo goooddd!! (●’◡’●)ﾉ the lychee ice cream wasnt overly sweet (as i have a sweet tooth😆) the macaroons were chewy and viscid interior and brittle (i had trouble eating them orderly as the outer layer of the macaron kept falling off🤡😫 ) exterior.
anyhow the texture was just bombbb!🤍 it was actually quite filling. frankly, me and my friend ordered two ice cream sandwich as our lunch🤡🤘yeeeet we are blessed to try this “special of the week” •◡•

what a great combination i thought🤍. the rich peanut butter taste together with fragrant vanilla ice cream is just a classic✊- the ice cream added a hint of sweetness alongside with the aroma from peanut butter✨
but personally, vanilla is too ordinary for me. hopefully they can allow customers to choose their ideal flavour of ice cream to match peanut butter🧚♀️🥰
i myself don’t really like strawberry jam so thankfully the jam didn’t contribute much to the taste. the cookies were brittle and buttery. frankly speaking, i’d prefer them using the macaroons they used for “enchanted rose” for a more chewy texture🤩. this would definitely set up a more diversified texture for customers to munch on !
