High  quality  sushi  in  HK,  I would  say  value  for  money  with  superior  standard, to sum up we can copy and produce high quality food but staff manners and attitude still miles away from Japan, in fact the most rude staff is the man in check out when paying bill. Pros 1) fresh  2) many choice3) taste good4) value for moneyCons 1) staff  not  so  friendly  especially  check  out  staff2) App  is  no  use  as  can’t  register  points  or book  table  due  to  system  overload.  3) Waiting
