OVERALL: around 20 dishes for the entire meal, loved that they didn't only serve sushi, variety of small bites along w/ traditional sushi, ok selection of sake, they also do corkage fee via buy one free one
🐚abalone rice - tender abalone, paired w/ dashi and warm rice, while the rice was flavorful the abalone sauce was lacking
🧠shirako - bit early for shirako season, not sure if its the reason the dish was less creamy than usual, loved the citrus-y sauce though!
🍥futomaki roll - pickled veggies w/ egg and tuna, good rice to ingredients ratio - v generous w/ ingredients
🐟eel - crisp to perfection, skin was soo crunchy, only if you could hear the CRUNCH sound in person
🍣sushi - v. fine pieces served, couldn't ask for a better variety - only comment would be more white fish
