Was shopping at Hysan the other day and found this pancake place. Decided to give it a try given no queue at the time. The place is situated next to the escalator and can probably seat 20-25 people. Unlike Happy Pancake’s see thru huge window panels, the kitchen’s work table area is blocked by opague window film. Kitchen is quite small and I noticed there are fewer pancake cookpads. I tried the Kiseki pancake (original) and had an iced Latte. It took about 20 mins for the pancakes to arrive. Th

I tried the Kiseki pancake (original) and had an iced Latte. It took about 20 mins for the pancakes to arrive. The pancake is smaller in size when compared to Happy Pancake. The texture is also not as fluffy in my opinion. The iced latte was not too strong, smooth and quite good.
I will probably go back to Happy Pancake again next time instead of this place.
