In the area of Kwun Tong, its not hard to find a restaurant to sit in and enjoy dinne. When think about the food pairing, i have choosen to come to February. No doubt its one of the hippiest restaurant in the local area.First, i can tell you i aint a beer lover, i tend to drink wine especially white wine. The area is nice and its not full during early dinner. I have chosen a glass of house white indeed, i forgot the name how ever, its a chardonnay that i can remember.What i really want to say is

Sausage Platter

 What i really want to say is, the sausage platter. Compairing to other restaurants, there are only 3 different types of sausage, luckily the portion is quite large! In regards of the taste, i can say it is quite delicious, what else that can be better its the grilling part. If they grill it long enough and make the layer more crispy, that will be much much better.
