One of the best omakases in HK!The restaurant only sits around 6 people. The food was really good. I was most surprised by how they put the sushi on the table. The starters included truffle rice, bonito fish with garlic, squid, and abalone. All were very tasty. Sushi was very special as you got to try some fish that are not usually served in Japanese restaurants, like 石斑，愛女魚，大蜆，倉魚 etc. Dessert was really special too. Overall a very good experience. The chef was also very friendly.
