Seafood pancakes were done right, not burnt nor liquidy. Crunchy noodles were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You add the sour sauce yourself so it is flavored to taste. Price is expensive for two non-meat dishes. However, these dishes are not available anywhere else, so try it out. It is good and you might like it.
