Usually when I find a place I like, I can't stop myself from running around and telling all my friends. But with Holly Brown I just want to keep it to myself and save it as my own little hideout! The space is so comfy! I've been here on three separate occasions and it's been good every single time. The best gelato flavor was Apple Pie, which was a "limited release" flavor. The best gelato flavor was Apple Pie, which was a "limited release" flavor. I hope they'll bring it back! Mint and Caramel Banana were also really good. The gelato might not be the most authentic but I like the texture a lot. It's a denser type of gelato which doesn't melt quickly. The waffle bowl is freshly made in-house. Its light and crispy and I just can't help but to polish off the whole bowl every time! It's also fun to watch the staff mash the gelato then toss it up the air before catching it with the bowl.
We also had a latte here once, I'm not really a coffee connoisseur so I don't have any particular opinion on its flavor but it was kinda impressive that the heart shaped latte art lasted the whole way til we almost finished the whole cup.
The froyo here was OK....I would've gone somewhere else if I was craving for that.
The service here is quite good too. The staff are all really friendly and proactive.
