Impossible earth bao $98
Similar ingredients as the fried chicken bao. Once again really yummy but even healthy with Impossible meat patty 😊

Brussel sprouts $78
Used to love brussel sprouts when I was in the UK, bit difficult to find them in HK. The dish was cooked and paired with caramelised fish sauce, chilli, peanuts and lime. It added so much variety to one simple vegetable 🌽 I love the sweetness and crunch at the same time
