We were seated by the window for family of 5. Nice view and deco. Ordered Lunch set $488 per head, it comes with delicate dim sum like Bird’s nest with pumpkin broth, Steamed dumplings with prawn and vegetables with gold leaf, Sea bass with pomelo sauce, Wok-fried beef fillet, Fried rice with scallop, and red bean soup dessert. We also ordered the Crispy Taro with abalone, Roasted duck taro buns, and Siu Mai, both are quite good.
The Sea bass with pomelo sauce was my fave. The crispy fish skin placed on top was coated with salty egg yolk, the taste was well blended and balanced with the pomelo sauce.
