Al dente noodles, tender beef chunks, with a delicious broth—Kau Kee serves up a good bowl of noodles. Would I wait an hour in line for it? Nope. The noodles were a bit salty due to the added oyster sauce, the service is brisk and no nonsense, and you share a table with as many people as they can cram at a table. I think the specialness comes from the tenderness of the brisket, and the well executed noodles. Pro Tip: come for a late lunch or early dinner if you are on the tourist trail. 1600 on
