I'll start by saying the food was good, the ingredients were fresh and was cooked with good wok hei. Well apart from the rice, it was warm boarding on cold and hard. The bad - it took around 40 minutes to get all 4 dishes out. I kept on pestering the waiter (and there were lots of them), I did this around 8 times during the course of the meal.The waiter claimed this was due to a banquet being held downstairs, which I did see however none of them apologised for the long wait!!!!!! Oh another comp

Oh another complaint about the hotel, I was going to have a coffee in the cafe on the ground floor before dinner as I was early.
However all the seats and at least 5 tables were take up by none customers. I asked the girl at the cafe counter so where do you expect me to sit? She didnt really give me a answer, I then asked a concierge the same question and he gave me the same blank slight apologetic look.
Overall - I dont think I will be going to the restaurant or any of the food places in the hotel again.
The food is good but not so good that I cant get it else where.
