Sticking to my New Year's resolution of drawing rein on Friday nights in order to stay fresh for the weekend, finally got up to Dim Sum early enough to avoid the crowds. Two aborted missions on previous weekends due to at least 20 wannabe diners queued on footpath had hardened my resolve to be early this time. And what a difference it made. Ushered straight to a booth, we could enjoy the restaurant's considerable ambiance and old world charm, evocative of a sleepy Shanghai tea house circa 1923,
