This place is such a gem in Hong Kong. When I first entered the cafe, this is what I saw. It was obvious their theme was about travels.There are many cafes with books, but this one is filled with travel books. Just my favorite. Under the table glass, it was filled with fliers from other countries and the walls had many postcards from around the world. Under the table glass, it was filled with fliers from other countries and the walls had many postcards from around the world. Besides from the fliers, there was a small booklet on the table that introduced a special event that happens every Saturday in the cafe. There is a stage for couchsurfers and their travel experience. Being a couchsurfer myself, I can really relate!
It was tea time so there were many good deals. Since waffles are really popular recently so I decided to try out their waffles. It came with a fruit salad, and a fresh strawberry jam. The waffles' texture and taste were ok, but nothing special.
I ordered a Rose Cafe Latte, it was my first time to try a Rose Cafe Latte. I was worried if the two would not match, but it was actually better than I expected. It was delicious coffee with a hint of rose.
I didn’t get a chance to try their food, but if I have a chance I will definitely go back. The environment alone made me felt comfortable. However, I will avoid dinner time because as I was leaving around the evening time, the place started the fill up really quick and got very noisy.
