Four of us went there two weeks ago and were surprised that the food has improved so much from a few years back. The foie gras terrine is definitely the best in town. The escargots were good but nothing special. The surprise was the coq au vin which we thought would be one of their signature dishes turned out to be too overcooked. Although the sauce was good the meat was a little dry. The lamb loin was very tender and more than compensated for disapointment in the coq au vin. However the service

Although the sauce was good the meat was a little dry. The lamb loin was very tender and more than compensated for disapointment in the coq au vin. However the service is left to be desired. The manager was actually rather rude which is a pity given that this could otherwise be one of the finer establishments in town that provides an atmosphere akin to some European restaurants. Although we liked the food, we will never go back. At this price, there is no reason why you have to put up with poor service. It's probably also a reason why this restaurant is never full. And because of the poor service and the impolite staff, I have to give it a low score. What a pity!!
