I first came here when it opened years ago. I rmb they hv a Japanese chef at the time. Now I don’t see him anymore. My friend seems to really like this place and i live near by so I come here with her sometimes.I’ve tried both ramen and 沾麵, I prefer ramen, coz I can drink the broth. For 沾麵it’s too thick and sometimes a bit salty. I like their char siu, it’s like half fat half lean meat, this actually taste better than just lean meat! The texture is also better.
