After the slightly disasterous lunch at Under Vacuum The Steakhouse, I then went to Tristar Kitchen, just 20 minutes away from Mong Kok MTR. It was quite a small shop, but the waitress was so nice, she asked us how our day was, gave us a bit extra of vegetables when she heard we liked the preserved sour vegetables, and made some amazing recommendations. The food was wonderful, with rich beef bone broth and fried chicken that made up for the disappointed at under vaccum. Would recommend! 😍😍
