This place really is a hit or a miss. I really try to enjoy going here, and a lot of the times I do. The food is pretty good albeit expensive, and most of the servers are quite friendly. The main problem with this place is the service. I’m not talking about the attitude of the servers, they’re all very nice. I’m talking about the swiftness of the service. Every time I order a beer, even at the bar, I end up waiting 15 minutes.Last time I ordered a drink the server took my order and left. 10 minu
Last time I ordered a drink the server took my order and left. 10 minutes later someone asked if I wanted to order something, and I say I ordered a beer 10 minutes ago. 10 minutes later my beer arrives. This was during a slow service too.
This happens almost every time I’m there, and I really don’t understand what the problem is. Maybe the restaurant needs to pay the servers better so they feel more motivated to get the job done. I noticed they omit a service charge which, in a country/culture that doesn’t tip, is kind of messed up. I hope the staff get paid a proper wage.
