Despite all the sad faces... we decided to give it a tryMade the booking via openrice app, on top of the 25 miles we get for the booking, there is a discount of 20% off, sounds like a good deal, so gogogogogoo!I ordered the premium tsukemen $108. asked the waiter whats the difference between normal tsukemen $88 and premium tsukemen $108, he said the premium version got an egg and more meat. Since we got a 20% discount, and I want (half) an egg , so premium tsukemen it is.Before my tsukemen arr

Before my tsukemen arrived, I can’t help noticing the lady sitting at the table next to us, she was drinking the tsukemen soup! literally drinking! I was quite surprised, i thought... isnt the tsukemen soup a bit too salty for drinking?!
When my tsukemen arrived, I got the answer why... The soup is actually not that salty, causing the noodle tasting a bit bland even after dipping into the soup. I could see why the lady sitting next to us was drinking the soup now....
I was a bit disappointed about the soup, I expected the soup to be more flavorful but the soup was quite bland.... at last I even resorted to drinking the soup directly or else the noodle is tasteless.....
Well its an ok meal afterall, taking into account the 20% discount... although probably you would expect more quality for this price
