Best friend's bday, we went to Mandarin Grill + Bar for celebration.We got a table by the windows.Facing to Bank of China, also can enjoy the Symphony of Lights during the dinner time.Every tables are not so close, do have lot of privacy. The Interior decoration was quite pleasing. The decor is simple but elegance. I do like it. We ordered couples of dishes for sharing.Got the fish scale on this dish.The salmon is very normal. Compare with others, the scallop is quite good, but I cannot say is

We also have to remember this dish costs $398.
It made me disappointed.
Then the waitress came and changed the plates for us.
She said dont touch it, it's really hot.
I tried and mine wasn't. Then i tried my frd's one, that was really hot.
I asked her for change.
Then the steak came out.

It is very juice and the beef taste is quite strong. I really like it.
However, lot of fat part of this steak.
We ordered 2 desserts for ending.
Desserts were the best dishes i had tonight but still cannot say it's good.
We paid for this price in a traditional 5star hotel. Of course we expected good food and good service.
All of us also think that non of it is good. I am sure that not a personal problem.
