Every dish has a distinct flavor, and is skilfully cooked with fresh ingredients.My favourite is the abalone tart. The tart is buttery and crispy and the abalone is tender and juicy. The turnip cakes are excellent. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft. They smell good with the sesame on top. And they come with various sauces.
