Egg waffle with granola:
An interesting combination which, perhaps surpringly, works really well. Whilst one might worry that the combination would be too dry, actually the egg waffle is crispy on the outside and moist in the middle and the lightly, fruity granola adds both to the flavour and a pleasant crunch.

The pistachio and soy milk combination was beautifully creamy and delicate in flavour. The pistachios are imported all the way from Sicilly and this high quality results in a taste which is luxurious and dreamy. The ginger and dragonfruit combination is the perfect icecream for winter in Hong Kong - vibrant and intense on every level, the flavour absolutely pops. Made with 80% real dragonfruit, the purity and quality of ingredients and production once again leads to an icecream of silky texture and delicious taste which easily surpasses a dairy alternative.
