This bowl of beef noodles comes with a soft-boiled egg, and the broth is rich without any added MSG. It's subtly spiced with a hint of Sichuan pepper. The portion of beef is quite generous, with probably more than six slices, each thick and tender. The noodles I ordered were thick and chewy, soaking up the flavors of the beef broth. We did ordered another Three Treasures Beef Noodles, which includes beef shank, beef tendon, and beef rib. All the beef was well cook, tender and flavorful. The broth had a spicy kick, but the ingredients were well-seasoned. The beef ribs were succulent, and you could taste every strand of meat. Even the noodles, paired with fresh and crisp lettuce, were delightful.
We also ordered some appetizers, including sweet and sour meatballs, spicy pig intestine salad, spicy beef tendon salad, and spicy duck blood tofu. They were all mildly spicy but very flavorful.
I personally would recommend to try this out, I believe they did not put any MSG in because after hour we ate, i dont fell thristy at all.
