I was intrigued by how does this pancake with mochi taste like? So I paid a visit to this cafe on a blazing hot afternoon just to try itSignature Mochi Pancakes▪︎Fresh Fruit▪︎Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream▪︎Grilled Seasalt Crème▪︎Premium Uji MatchaPancake itself was soft & dense with a hint of tea bitterness, tasted richer & creamy with seasalt crème and ice cream. Chewy tender mochi was stuffed in the centre, pancake was sided with some fresh grapes & banana, the whole package was scrumptious 😋Pineapple C
