We were walking around on a Sunday night and found this restaurant within the industrial building area. Despite many local restaurants open, this one definitely stood out from the crowd. Locate at the turn about side in the main road. We decided to give it a try. It’s an open kitchen which we can see the skills of the chiefs. it’s a place full of Japanese atmosphere. they offered a few menu sets to choose from and we picked this one above. first we were served with five different kinds of sashim

first we were served with five different kinds of sashimi, rather than serving it together in a bowl. They have done it one by one, a lot of effort was made. The sashimi tasted fresh and on the lighter taste side, perfect for someone who likes a healthier meal.

the scallops and tuna were on the heavier side, which will melt in your mouth. It was delicious!

we then ordered a Japanese sides to clear our tastebud to prepare for the main dishes. The garlic and onions were marinated, which created a strong flavor for a refreshment purpose.

two main dishes were then served. My personal favorite was the albolone! It was juicy and cooked perfectly (not overcooked) the sauce was yummy and the fish on the other side was good too.

the second round was the sushi meal, it was colour coded (not sure it was on purpose or not lol) but each piece was fresh and flavorful in different ways.

last but not least, the highlight of the night was the uni roll! Generous portion of uni on top of the rice, rolled with crunchy seaweed. We loved it!
