As a lot of the previous reviews mentioned, this is truly a hidden gem of Tai Hang. First of all, the environment is cosy and friendly. It has the honest design of an American pub - dimly lit interior, wooden tables, bar area which is great for friend's enjoying a pint together. The staffs there are super friendly and they really know about the beer they are offering. You can order in both Cantonese or English. I would highly recommend the burgers there. I would highly recommend the burgers there. The portions were generous and the beef was cooked to perfection. When it arrived, my friend and I were astonished by the sheer size of the burger and the large portions of the sides. The first bite into the burger was sensational as the beef was juicy and meaty (good-quality beef and well-seasoned), the cheese was melting and the bacon was crispy and tasty. It was definitely the best burger that I have ever had (even better than the very popular Burgeroom). The spicy mayonaise that accompanied the #1 burger was also worth recommendation. Though priced at $110 which is on the pricey side in HK, I would say it was worth every penny.
Also, they have a set lunch menu with prices ranging from $60-ish to just over a hundred which I think is quite reasonable for quality American food.
題外話/補充資料：
I went there on a Saturday afternoon at around 1:30 but the restaurant was relatively quiet. There was only another table besides us. I am not too sure if i should be happy and worried about it. Anyway, who would go to a pub on an early afternoon.
