Birthday dinner

I had been so excited to dine at Belon for a long time, ever since I saw they got on Asia's top 50. I was finally able to go for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. We were seated right when we got there and the staff was very professional and personable. The atmosphere was nice and not stuffy but still upscale. I had been so excited to dine at Belon for a long time, ever since I saw they got on Asia's top 50. I was finally able to go for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. We were seated right when we got there and the staff was very professional and personable. The atmosphere was nice and not stuffy but still upscale. We started with their amuse bouche, the Comte cheese which was to die for! I could have eaten an entire bowl of those. The perfect bite before an insanely good meal. Of course, we had to order the signature pigeon which is one of the most strikingly beautiful dishes I've had as well as delicious. Everything from start to finish, from the service to the wine to the food, was great, and the staff was able to make me and my boyfriend feel really special and it's definitely the best birthday dinner I've had so far. Yes, it's pricey, but its well well worth it!!
Also, they have really cool bathrooms!
