Dad treats me for lunch and he suggested this place. After research on openrice, my hopes are way down the reviews aren't so promising. We ordered 2 Ramens and 2 snacks😸Dried flatfish Ramen : straight noodle with pork jowl
The soup base was really nice, strong fishy flavour, rich in calcium😉😉dad actually drank all of it, at the bottom could see many dried flatfish pieces
i can't tell the difference of straight or curly ramen 😬
Flamed cheese Ramen in pork soup : curly noodle with pork jowl
The soup is too salty for me and couldn't really taste the pork flavourbut thank god it doesn't tastes like MSG
The cheese was slightly burnt and absolutely enhanced the flavour😍
yet the kelp was too fishy and strong of its own flavour
it ruins the entire bowl🙈🙈🙈
The pork jowl is thin and only 3 pieces, it's not the highlight of this dish so not complainingThe brined soft egg was lovely could taste the soya sauce and sweetness😻😻😻😻
it is as good as i am told 😋😋
Crab roe salad
This really pop my eyes, cos I've never seen crab roe salad like thisits mashed potato salad with little bits of corn and crab roe
and eat with seaweed 😳😳 this is new to me
it tastes good tho , and needed to be shared
Fried chicken cartilage 😍
good good good, want to have soda or beer with it😆overall it was a pleasant meal, much better than I anticipated
return rate: high , once or twice maybe, for lunch mainly
題外話/補充資料：
the staffs were bad mouthing their friends, and involved too much swear words
Kind of unpleasant to listen 🙉
