It was really smooth with a prominant villana flavour in each bite, you could even see the vanilla seeds from the almost glass reflecting smooth service of the cake. The bottom crust was thin and crumbly, just firm enough to hold the whole cake on top. The presentation was just amazing and I will be coming back for more again!
