I have just discovered a new shop in central, fete up. Fete is a French word which mean to party. The lunch box cost HKD$78, you can choose 1 carbohydrate from three different seasoned rice,

1 hot vegetable
and 2 cold vegetables.
You can add toppings on the rice if you want so.
The combination of the box is so green. And the balanced diet make me feel healthier than before. The vegetable is fresh and crunchy. And the oolong tea rice is make of Japanese rice?! The taste of oolong make the rice is fresh and remove the greasy texture of the protein.
The vegetable is well seasoned so it won't be bland.
The minced pork is cooked in Thai style. They are fired with basil and with a little bit heat. Really yummy when you eating with oolong rice.
And lastly ended the meal with a lemon-glass black tea. It is totally original and no added sugar. You can taste the pure of the lemon-glass within the drink.
