Ventured all the way up from IFC at lunch wanting to try out their pizzas today.There was only 1 staff at the shop when I arrived. As the shop was kind of hot, I asked her if we could have a table outside. "No!" she said without a smile. So I asked if she could turn on/up the a/c in the shop. She said in a very annoyed tone, "I am very busy!" and she went on saying "I can not serve you because I have to make a delivery" in a "get the hell out of my face" tone.I was utterly disappointed by her at

I was utterly disappointed by her attitude so I just left. It's ok to be under resourced but it doesn't give her the right to give such bad attitude and bark at the customer. They should also consider how they should staff their shop during the lunch rush.
No matter how good the food is, the service still counts. A very bad first impression. not sure if I want to go back.

*I have posted this feedback on their facebook site today. Instead of accepting cristism to improve they chose the easy way out by sticking their head in the sand and deleted it. Good luck.
