Labeling it with ‘the Ultimate’, I had high expectation. They certainly didn’t hold back and lived up to its ballsy name. Astonished by their avocado 5 ways including avo ‘mayonnaise’, guacamole (always my fav), sliced avocado, avocado jam and avocado butter!

The avo mayo is actually egg-free, made with avocado and soy. Its creamy texture does resemble mayo and equally addictive! The avo jam is another surprise, it does give a sweet and fruity flavor like a jam, cutting through other avo elements nicely.

The little sea salt and chili flakes on the side is in fact a genius touch, never underestimate how a hint of spice and salt can elevate the flavor so drastically to another level. I would definitely be back for this dish! 🤤

Avo Lobster Bun | $198
An Avo burger with lobster? Hell yes! Poached lobster is dressed with a refreshing sweet passionfruit and mango sauce, sandwiched between the avo bun (a whole avocado)! All components assembled into this fulfilling bite that is, to me, tastier than a real burger (sorry I’m no fan of a meaty cheesy burger). My only criticism would be slightly overcooked lobster that was a bit tough. I really enjoyed the ‘coleslaw’ on the side, which uses thinly sliced crunchy celeriac to replace the typical cabbages dressed with the delicious soy mayo.

And of course I will never say no to guacamole with tortilla chips ($58), simply my all time favorite addictive snack.

It’s not just a place that give you avocado (of course they are the star here), I also appreciate the abundance of plant-based ingredients and superfood elements in the dishes, that is both trendy and appealing to many who are adopting a healthier diet.
