There were 2 types of Guanmiao noodles for you to pick; the fine noodles & the sliced noodles.🥢
I picked a fine noodles for this and I genuinely think it was a great mix with the minced pork sauce.🤤 The noodles was thin & al dente, undoubtedly good when it was mixed with the savory & meaty minced pork sauce, quite greasy but very tasty!😝

▪Chef Signature White Wine Chicken Dry Noodles▪(HK$78)
Picked a sliced noodles on this one, it was a flat and a curly type of noodles; and the texture was slightly harder than the fine noodles.😛 Unexpectedly tender & juicy chicken that was covered with aromatic white wine flavors.😍👌🏻
Other than that, the veggies and the soft boiled egg with the runny yolk quite balanced out the overall flavors.😋

▪Braised Duck Tongue▪(HK$46)
Quite a lip-smacking snack even if I'm not a big fan of duck tongue.👅 Meaty braised flavors with a springy texture.
Went well with every slurp of noodles as well.😚🥢

▪Deep Fried Chicken Fillet▪(HK$46)
The chicken fillet was the GOAT!
The chicken skin on the outside was deep-fried till crispy and flaky.😍 and all the meat was unexpectedly tender and succulent with the juice slightly dripping out!💦 Every bite was heavenly good and you wish you could have more of it on the dish.😝🤤

▪Mom's Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea▪(HK$33)
There's no way you could miss a bubble tea when it comes to Taiwanese food!🙈 The brown sugar in here had just the right amount of sweetness for you to enjoy. It had a pleasant tea flavor that you could clearly taste; and the pearls were all lovely and chewy.⚫

▪Iced Roselle Tea▪(HK$24)
Roselle tea is my all time favorite herbal tea.🍵 Not only it tastes quite like the flavor of cranberry, which I enjoyed it a lot. But also the numerous health benefits that caught my attention.😎
