The Mont Blanc from Amber was topped with some candy chestnuts and some cute mini meringues. What disappointed me was the flavour of the chestnut puree which tasted a bit artificial to me, I thought chestnust should still be in season? It wouldn't be too hard to find quality chestnut from France, isn't it?
