We were first served with a bread basket and soup. The aroma of the bread kicked start our beautiful dinner
I like the tomato bread the most among the 3 types of breads in the basket. The soup is a chilled soup with slight acidity, in the middle is smoked fish tartare. This refreshing soup made us expect more on the upcoming dishes

Beef carpaccio: I haven't tried this dish before and I seldom eat raw beef, but I love it at first bite! Underneath the rocket salad are thin slices of raw beef, parmesan cheese, artichoke and mustard sauce. This appetiser is flavourful with mixed texture, including the tenderness of the raw beef and crunchiness of the artichoke

It was my first time to try burrata cheese, and I found it interesting. It had a solid outer layer, and the creamy insides spilled out when I cut the cheese. The trios of tomatoes each gave different sourness and sweetness, while anchovies brought savoury taste. They all matched well with the burrata cheese

 I was super satisfied with rich urchin flavour in the creamy risotto sauce and the fresh urchins! Not only on top of the risotto, urchins were found in the inside. Fresh wasabi was added to make the urchin flavour more outstanding

I like to eat it with the endives, which gave a bit acidity to the pork. The mashed potato was so creamy and buttery

Mediterranean sea bream fillet with broccoli puree: We picked a seafood dish as another second course. It is sea bream fillet, with the skin pan-fried to nice golden yellow and a bit crispy when eat
The fillet didn't have much fish oil, but it was moist enough and not dry. I liked to take it with some broccoli puree

Baba with rum: A good dessert is always the highlight of dinner (at least to me)
This dessert surprised both of us, first by its appearance and then by the flavour. The baba soaked as much rum syrup as possible. It tasted sweet with very slight liquor flavour. I would immerse the baba into the syrup before bringing it into my mouth, so that it could grab even more of the yummy rum syrup
My boyfriend liked it so much too, even he doesn't like alcohol

Tiramisu: After having the yummy baba, we proceed to the tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. The cheese layer was so smooth and creamy
The bitterness of the expresso granita sitting aside the tiramisu gave a good balance with the sweetness of the tiramisu
