Visited Roganic to celebrate a friend’s birthday, their set business lunch menu is available even at weekends. For the mains we ordered the pork and salmon - the locally-sourced pork was cooked for 24 hours, but still retained a firm texture; the salmon was well-balanced with a hint of yuzu.

For dessert, we picked the yoghurt and the chocolate - the yoghurt was intriguingly dill-flavoured which was a nice surprise; the chocolate was very smooth, and hidden between the top tuile layer and the bottom chocolate layer was a tart acidic filling which cut through the sweetness of the chocolate.

As part of the #unitedwedine offer, we got to enjoy complimentary coffee/ tea and doughnuts as well. Excellent food and excellent service, well-deserving of its Michelin star.
