1. Kanzan Menya has been opened for quite some time, and I finally got to visit it during non-peak hour (5pm) to try out their ramen before yoga lesson. No queue, and plenty of seats.
2. I spent some time in deciding whether I want a ramen or tsukemen. And my final decision is ramen first.
3. This Aka Kanzan Marinated Pork Ramen came with a whole onsen egg (soft boiled egg), which is a delight as most of the time you only get half of it.
4. Ramen is al dente, and so enjoyable with the spicy broth which is not super hot and good to drink on its own.
5. The two thick pieces of pork belly are just superb! Tender and juicy, as well as having a strong aroma of fat.
