(right ... eating meat accelerate green house effect) As far as we know, meat substitute is usually plant-based. We have tried the "impossible burger" before and we kind of know what the meat substitute taste like. But this time it's not quite what we expected. The "chicki" is a bit salty and taste like a thick and chewy-salty-tofu. The "beefless-beef", quite the contrary, taste better than we expected. Perhaps the satay soup compliment the "beefless-beef". The overall food quality is good but do not expect the texture would be the same as real meat.
