This is a cosy and inexpensive little Taiwanese noodle bar hidden in a busy shopping mall near Po Lam MTR station.  I really enjoyed the interior design of the cafe, which I found very comfortable and homely (if you like to be surrounded by books).  We ordered the marinated cloud ears and pickled aubergine as starters and the cloud ears dish was an absolute delight, which offered a savoury and garlicky crunch.
