Seared goose liver with caramelized apple
Anyone who loves goose liver, or Foie gras must come and try it with its special offer which cost only $69 for set dinner. The goose liver is quite big, which fits perfectly as it was put on the top of the toast, it smells so tempting and allure you to give a one-bit trial, unfortunately I can’t, hahaha. It goes very well with the baked toast and caramelized apple slices which were on the bottom, a bit of surprise as they all go very well, perfect to me!
Sauteed clam in white wine with garlic toast
This dish smells quite tempting and able to makes you drool on the table easily before you taste it, and it goes very well with the sauce. Those clams were cooked perfectly, a bit chewy and not over-cooked, they all are clean and no sands. This dish served with garlic toast is very wise, dip into the white wine sauce which is perfect enough, putting a clam on it, with sauce…I just want to try it again as I am writing this comment report.
Vegetarian lasagna with tomato sauce, fried potatoes and vegetables
After that 2 tasty dishes, I am confident in the chef and looking forward to this lasagna with tomato sauce. It served with fried potatoes and vegetables with vinegar sauce with it, these 3 parts form the entrée of the day. Lasagna with tomato sauce taste naturally and comfortable to me, nothing is more, I know some people may prefer cheese on top but that just brings owls to Athens to me: really no need.
Last but not least, I didn’t order any drinks for during dinner but I would like to try them next time.
