叫咗好多魚壽司，魚香味重但唔腥，飯酸度啱啱好。

✧Sit by the bar tables and watch your chefs prepare the sushi. Sushi is served one by one, even when we opt for the regular sushi sets, much like the practice of how omakase is served. My choice has a strong focus on fish. The fish presents a notable flavor profile and the slightest note of fishy taste is eliminated. One sad thing is that the sushi is very small and 10 pieces are still not enough to fill a stomach. Therefore we add【Deep-fried Chicken in Japanese Style】 ($38).
