There are not many “yellow” Chinese resto out there as far as I know, but this place is definitely one that I would highly recommend to you all! It’s a resto located in a hotel, with excellent environment and amazing food! Unlike typical Chinese restos that use uncomfortably bright lights, this resto uses a rather soft and mood lighting, and that makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. Compared to others, it’s way quieter too. ☺️

We ordered the signature honey-glazed barbecued pork, steamed pork dumplings with fresh scallop, steamed seafood dumplings with conpoy and vegetable, and deep-fried custard buns with egg yolk.

The barbecued pork was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!🌎 It was in thick cut, and the inner part was soooo tender while the edge was adequately roasted. It was very juicy too, as from the photos you can tell the pork was soaked in honey🤤

The steamed pork dumplings with fresh scallop was a creative dim sum as I hadn’t tried any Shiu Mai that is made of scallop! 🤩

The steamed seafood dumplings with conpoy and vegetable 🥬 tasted really food, with an abundant amount of stuffings under the wrap!

Lastly, the deep-fried custard buns with egg yolk was the real surprise for me. Custard buns are everywhere, yet this one had a nicely fried bun with half liquid egg yolk, which made it unique among all other Chinese restaurants!
