🐌Escargots a la bourguignonne 法式香草焗田螺🌿
💭The escargots were cooked just right, not chewy at all and had a tender-yet-toothsome mouth feel. It’s mild flavour was well complimented by a delightful herb sauce. The mash potato was also silky smooth and well seasoned. Portion size was also very generous for a starter!
作為前菜份量非常慷慨，田螺熟嘅程度控制得好好，軟熟帶點咬口。田螺本身較淡味，配上香草醬剛好，薯蓉質感順滑，整體很不錯，真心推介👍🏻

🦐Artichoke Heart & Prawn Salad 朝鮮薊心拼海蝦沙律🥗
💭I rarely eat artichoke heart so I am not entirely sure what to expect. They were soft in texture and had a very mild sweet flavour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The drizzled sauce was mediocre and didn’t add much to the flavour. The shrimps were nicely seasoned and the salad was fresh. A very refreshing starter overall but I prefer their escargots way more🙈
薊心有點淡淡的甜味和些許苦澀味，質感淋身。蝦和沙律新鮮夠味，醬汁味道就一般。整體感覺尚可，不過還是田螺好食啲🙈

🥩Charcoal Grilled U.S. Prime rib eye steak 炭燒美國肉眼牛扒
💭Their steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested, with a really nice charcoal flavour (not that burnt taste you get at some steak house). The parsley was also a nice touch. Even the baby potatoes and courgettes were well-seasoned, the baby potatoes were really silky and smooth and the courgettes were super juicy. Great value for money!👍🏻 The steak grew cold really quickly tho, would have been even better if they have heated the plate before serving!
牛扒剛好三成熟，好香碳燒味（不是燶味！），加上蕃西嘅點綴，整體很不錯！BB薯仔好棉滑，翠玉瓜夠熟多汁，兩樣都好夠味，性價比高，真心推介👍🏻

🍗Daily Special - Braised Lamb Shank 是日精選 - 法式燉羊膝
💭Their braised lamb shank was tender and juicy inside out! It was well-seasoned but would have loved an extra side of dipping sauce, like peppercorn or BBQ sauce for some bolder flavours, guess that wouldn’t be very French though😂The baby potatoes were silky smooth and courgettes were soft and juicy, both were well seasoned.
Overall, this is a really good lunch spot and will be revisiting for sure! Swipe for the beautiful sea view from the restaurant windows!
燉羊膝煮🉐️超淋，肉質嫩又夠味，如果配上BBQ或黑椒汁會仲好味，不過就會破壞了菜式嘅法式風格😂BB薯仔好棉滑，翠玉瓜夠熟多汁，兩樣都好夠味，。整體質素高，性價比高，值得再訪👍🏻圖二有餐廳的海景🌊
