餐廳係日式同法式扒房既fusion,平時肉眼西冷食得多,嚟到呢度當然要揀番啲和牛食下🥰🥰‣ Roasted Bone Marrow ⋆ $168牛骨髓沒太大特別(可能係上次Henry’s的太好味🤭)上面好多菇菌,味道濃但比較單一,但其餘既茶式都好鍾意🥰‣ A5 Wagyu Tataki Roll ⋆ $288呢個tataki roll 睇落已經好吸引😍牛肉有處理過唔係全生既,平時唔食生牛肉既我都好接受到!入面仲包左紅蝦同甜蝦他他,入口層次豐富。仲要記得蘸埋佢既龍蝦凍汁!‣ Roasted Slow Cooked Miyazaki A5 Rump ⋆ $458呢個牛好嫩好軟熟,雖然佢係A5牛但入口唔會好多肥膏。面頭有好新黑松露,一上枱已經好香之餘件牛竟然都有黑松露🥹好surprise佢地兩者味道竟然真係merge埋左!‣ Grill Hokkaido Scallop Chawanmushi ⋆ $158呢個茶碗蒸好出色!真係同平時食omakase既唔同,帆立貝味道入哂蒸蛋到,加上上面既龍蝦汁泡泡,好有驚喜!當然帆立貝同蒸蛋都好滑
