Alto is one of my favorite restaurants during the Restaurant Week. I am such a die-hard fans that I visited 2 times in a week! Crowned as the Best New Participant means more people can enjoy the Summer Spree for an extended period! Hurray! For both of my visit, I tried the $118+10%service charge Semi-Buffet Lunch. Personally think it is the most bargaining price menu among all the Restaurant Week selection.Alto is perched on the 31st floor of the neRWw tower-V Point. No luck during the first tim
Just realized after research that the stylish interior design implies elements of stone, wood, fire and water. Bet family members, friends and couples can embrace the uninterrupted view while indulging in a pleasurable dining experience. A little tip is that you might want to request for a table near the window or even a VIP room if you got a crowd visiting. While waiting for the main dish, the colorful buffet table can definitely make your day. There was around 10 types of mouth-watering salad, 5 types of dessert, super sweet seasonal fruits and cheese platter nicely served on the buffet table. I appreciate that even the buffet bar was emptied quickly, staff standing by quickly fill the table with bowls and bowls of delicacies. The variety of food rotated during my 2 visits so I prefer readers to explore more yourself around this magic table. After all, the best thing about buffet is that you can try everything. Croquie Madame served with French Fries
My friends make joke that this is actually revering the order of making a Sausage McMuffin with Egg. Yet, the lava egg yolk and melting emmental cheese shut their mouth immediately. Dining Concept’s food probably knows how to position itself from fast food afterall. Turkey Club with French Fries
Eating this club with elegance might need some skills as the turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato and aioli are packed. The toast is rather crispy that my friend scratched her tongue… so mind yourself if you order this. Linguine Puttanesca, Penne Carbonara and Parmesan Risotto are all up to standard and very creamy. So creamy that all 5 boys couldn’t finish the Pasta/Risotto alone after the Buffet. If you go with friends, I suggest half the table chose the Sandwich and half chose the Pasta/Risotto selection.
Complementary drinks is included. The artistic teapot marks the end of my meal. Little tip is that honey on side can be requested as well. Store Manager and all staff are very helpful, including answering my questions about this newly launched restaurant and tidying your napkin when you are off from table. Alto definitely worth your try.
