朋友來到後,飯局正式開始。首先上的是凱撒沙律。分量十足,材料也是很充足。唯一的缺憾,就是沙律略嫌太多,味道稍為有點重。同樣,這也是個人口味問題,沙律本身是很不錯的。
We have Caesar Salad as one of the starters.  The proportion was sufficient, and so as the ingredients.  The only thing that appeared to be a bit unsatisfactory was it seemed to be a bit over-dressed.  But again, it's a personal preference, the salad was pretty good.

緊接上的是白酒煮青口。或許是有點煮了過頭,青口肉和殼的比例是驚人的1:4。雖然海鮮在煮後會縮水是正常,但也略嫌誇張了些。而且味道上完全沒有白酒的味道,反而是蒜頭的味道非常突出,而且味道是非常的重。雖然這也是個人口味問題,但我卻開始有點覺得過火了。
The another starter was "Mussels in creamy wine source".  It appeared to be a bit overcooked as the ratio between of the mussel and the shell was nearly 1:4.  Besides, no other taste was discovered except a very heavy garlic taste.  Frankly it might be still another personal preference, but I started to feel a bit over.

最後一個前菜就是生牛肉他他。牛肉本身是新鮮的但卻完全沒有半點調味,而且牛肉是一夾即散,沒有他他應有的黏性。
Our last starter was this beef ta-ta.  The beef was fresh itself but it was not being seasoned.  The beef was also not handled properly and tata was supposed to be a bit sticky in the texture.

這是我們唯一的主菜︰龍蝦尾焗芝士通心粉。這道菜的賣相是十分吸引的,而且芝士通心粉焗得很香,單是香味已經令人食指大動。
Our last dish was our main course : Lobster tail with mac and cheese.  The presentation was attractive.  The mac and cheese was also smell incredibly good.

但所有期望也給龍蝦尾打破。請留意這不是吃後龍蝦尾的樣子,而是吃前。龍蝦肉和殼的比例是驚人的1:6,如果說是縮水,也真的縮得太誇張了。也是因為這個龍蝦尾,我和朋友決定買單離開。
But all the expectations were ruined by the lobster tail.  Please note that the lobster tail shown in the picture was brand new, but didn't even start to  eat it.  The ratio between the lobster meat and the shell was a surprisingly 1:6.  My friend and I had decided to leave right away.

結論︰金玉其外,名過其實。
Conclusion : Only the presentation had met its reputation.  The remaining were just overrated.
