九龍東如心酒店的餐廳,在我之前於創紀之城工作的時候,名為Forte,現在改名叫做I-O-N,名字改變了,但餐廳經營的模式沒有太大的變化,都是走半自助餐的路線,頭盤是自助模式,提供沙律,蔬果及餐湯等,選擇不多,質素也是普普通通。反而主菜的處理有驚喜,例如是Baby Ribs的燒烤醬香甘甜,烤起來的肉質相當嫩滑,醬汁也很入味,配菜用咖喱炒香,比起一般的沙律也有誠意。另外肉眼扒同樣做到外焦內嫩,熟度剛好。甜品有Häagen-Dazs杯裝雪糕,沒有其他現成的蛋糕,這樣水準得以保持,而且一定不會有什麼怨言。The restaurant at Royal View Hotel Kowloon East, previously named Forte during my time working at Metroplaza, has rebranded as I-O-N. Mains shine—baby ribs glazed in sweet BBQ sauce are tender and flavorful, paired with curry-spiced sides. The ribeye steak boasts a seared exterior and juicy interior, cooked perfectly. Desserts feature Häagen-Dazs cups instead of cakes, ensuring consistent quality without complaints.
